I was walking across the bridge in Melbourne CBD when I saw those amazing city lights … I really wanted to represent the way I see the happiness in Melbourne and the beauty of it during the night.

While on a stroll through Melbourne I snapped this pic on the streets of some people going about their business. I really like the mood in this pic, the subtle movement in the foreground and the overall lighting. It just started to get dark outside so I could still take pictures handheld with a decent shutterspeed.

When I was waling past the Yarra river in Melbourne during the nighttime, I have just sighted this magnificent view of the city skyline. The colours were astonishing and the reflection in the river just doubles the effect. Since I’m always with my camera in my bag, I couldn’t leave anything to chance and captured this wonderful sight for others to see.
